In Swap Crawl, there is no loot. To survive, you must force your enemies to trade with you.

Swap Crawl is a high-speed top-down shooter built around the law of Equivalent Exchange. Combat isn't just about shooting; it's a constant, frantic negotiation where you juggle powerful weapons and cursed artifacts between yourself and the monsters trying to kill you.

Every advantage you gain is a direct disadvantage you give to your enemy, and every curse you suffer is a weapon waiting to be gifted.

The Swap Mechanic: Instantly exchange your inventory with any visible enemy. Steal their Rifle and hand them a Sword, or force them to hold a Hot Potato bomb seconds before it detonates.

Adaptive Enemy AI: The battlefield changes instantly. If you swap a rifle onto a melee skeleton, it will stop chasing you. You control the flow of combat by controlling who holds what.

Cursed Artifacts - Master the risk/reward of unique tools!

• Vampire Ring: Heals you on every hit, but makes you take Extra Damage.

• Berserker's Skull: Increases your fire rate, but deals damage to you every time you shoot.

• Hot Potato: A very hot potato. So hot it might just explode in your face.
